The developer. Artist, Scientist and Magician. That is what I've come to think of things so far. In my haste to learn a new skill I overestimated how difficult it would be. Speaking honestly, software development is far more difficult than I ever thought it would be. But then of course it would be.
There is nothing considered valuable without reason. Software development is a well-paid profession precisely because of its difficulty.
